Perfect location and view.
Slight smell of drains in our room but had that before in hotels. 5euros for small bottle of water in mini bar.

What a view! I loved my room overlooking the port with the Basilica on the hill as a backdrop. The room was large with plenty of places to put things. There were two comfy chairs and a small desk. The hotel is old, but the room was very modern.
There was only one easily accessible plug, and it was in the bathroom! There was a kettle for my morning coffee, but I had to bring it in there. By unplugging the bedside lamp and moving the night stand, I freed up another one to charge my devices.
It seems minor, but there was no toilet paper holder. The roll either had to sit on a shelf behind the toilet, or on the floor. I left a roll on the floor, and it got soaked when the shower water leaked out of the enclosure. I hate to leave these negative comments, because the bathroom is really beautiful, with spotless new tile.

The location is unbeatable with a nice view on the Vieux Port and the Cathédrale de la Major. The breakfast was copious and superb.
The double bed room was a bit small.
