The staff was amazing!! Good recommendations.. Nice people.. Super comfy beds!!
- the downside was the construction next door- woke me up at 02:43am and was on and off till FULL Force at 07:30am .. Not The hotels fault obviously- but it definitely made a difference in the stay!!

Très propre super agréable rien à redire ! Parfait pour visiter le vieux Marseille ! Petit déjeuner super agréable j ai adoré !
Vue panoramique oui mais la des travaux à côté c est pas pas grave ! Mais la vue reste Marseille port ! Un détail pour l emplacement à côté des dock pour les emplettes

Room is good, fairly new construction and location is also very good.
There was a serious problem with the air conditioning. It was quite hot in the night and we couldn’t sleep properly. When we contacted the reception he was unable to provide any help. In fact all he did was show us a YouTube video on how to operate the AC (which we had already done) without himself checking what the problem was. He also had quite a lot of attitude too and not very polite. He seemed to act over smart and not help. There was another lady with the same problem who came the time we were talking with him and he didn’t help her too. He is the guy who is at the reception in the night. He also refused to provide us a coffee refill which I think was just ridiculous. I have visited more than 30 countries and several hotels but no one does that.
