It was very centrally located. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.
As long as you don’t mind being on the top floor it is really good.

Great central location to the old town. Tastully decorated with a mix of old and new features. Pictures are accurate. Second bedroom in the converted roof was exciting for the children. All facilities to wash clothes and cook food for a small family. A very nice stay and we would book again.
On some days the smell in the stairwell leading up to the apartment was a little sour due to bin storage on the ground floor. (you couldn't smell it once on the 3rd floor upwards, or in the appaartment itself). Be mindful if you don't like stairs, that this apartment is on the 4th floor. Fine for us, but not for everyone.

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter Annecy avec un rapide accès au lac. Le logement très atypique sous les toits avec beaucoup de goût et de charme.
La chambre sous les toits est étroite et non fermée. ça passe pour quelques nuits ou pour des enfants.

L’emplacement et l’appartement
L’odeur nauséabonde qu’il y avait depuis l’entrée de l’immeuble jusque dans l’appartement au 4ème et dernier étage. La propreté de la cuisine et de ces équipements laissaient vraiment à désirer.
