O local para estacionar é facilitado, em frente ao prédio.
O prédio é antigo, a limpeza do apartamento deixa a desejar. Os colchões das camas de solteiro são inadequadas para adultos, desconfortável. O chuveiro estava com água quente limitada, apenas uma pessoa tomou banho e não esquentava mais, mas o anfitrião foi chamado e regulou o aquecedor, depois disso esquentou.
