The location was good (right at the perimeter of the old town) and many eateries. The apartment was cosy and well equipped. The host Yolande was very hospitable and responsive to our needs and queries.
There's no lift in the apartment and bringing the luggage up the circular stairs was a challenge especially for big luggages.

L'appartement est fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire il est bien décoré et chaleureux. Pour une famille c'est l'idéal. L'emplacement idéal tout est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds.

zentrale Lage gleich beim Eingang der Altstadt. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöne und helle Wohnung. Parkaus gleich neben Wohnung.
Das ausklappbare Sofa als Bett für die fünfte Person war unbequem.

A spacious and clean apartment, well equipped, very near the old part of Annecy.
The main door and small courtyard are awful and smelly because of the bins. It wasn't clean, in fact I nearly tripped on the spiral staircase to avoid a mouse, There was no local info provided in the apartment, eg nearest supermarket, pharmacy,recommended bars/restaurants. The email giving details of departure said 'clean the oven.' We didn't use it as it happens but we have paid good money to use the apartment, so expect cleaners to clean it when we left.
