In the city center, large apartment of 93 m2, in a luxury residence, all comfort located in the hyper-center of Annecy (neighborhood Courier and station), very bright, spacious and quiet.
Bourgeois decoration with furniture and family memories.
Large balcony angle, to enjoy the view and have lunch, overlooking the Parmelan (1.856 m).
Located next to the train and bus station, it allows you to visit the old town on foot and have easy access to ski resorts and many summer and winter recreation.
Pedestrian access to all leisure and shopping including a large Monoprix (located above the shopping mall Courier), the cinema (Pathé Gaumont 10 rooms), the old town, the lake, the beaches, the bike path, etc.
A locked garage (2.10 m high and 4.70 m long) in the private parking of the residence allows you to leave your vehicle, your skis, toboggans, windsurfers, etc. safely.

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage sehr zentral in Annency. Für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, das Zentrum ist nah und doch liegt die Anlage in einem ruhigen Viertel. Der See und das Umland wunderschön! Sehr zu empfehlen!

L'appartement est vaste et très bien situé : accès facile aux commerces (galerie commerciale à 50 m) ainsi qu'au centre historique d'Annecy et au Lac.
Le grand balcon avec vue sur le Parmelan et le parking en sous-sol sont très appréciables.
Les échanges avec la propriétaire se sont très bien passés et notre séjour a été très agréable.
Le seul petit bémol est la chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte (ce qui était notre cas compte tenu des fortes chaleurs en août).

C'est un appartement superbe.
Très spacieux, très confortable, très bien placé.
Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, un balcon immense.
A deux pas de la gare, les commerces idem.
Le lac à 10 minutes à pied.
En plus j'ai été autorisé à faire installer un lit médicalisé.
Franchement vous ne serez pas déçu par votre séjour.

Appartement confortable et propre, nous y avons passé un bon séjour.Commerces tout proche ainsi que la gare ferroviaire ce qui est très pratique. Belle découverte de la région malgré le "monde".
