La surface de l’appartement et la vue extraordinaire 🤩
Le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue la nuit pour ceux qui ont dormi dans la chambre donnant sur le balcon.

La magnifique vue sur les collines verdoyantes, la proximité du viel Annecy et du lac à pied. L'appartement était spacieux et très bien équipé.

Logement très bien situé, permettant de tout faire à pieds et de profiter du très joli centre d’Annecy et du lac.
La place de parking n’est pas sur place (environ 300 mètres) et je déplore que l’on ne nous l’ait pas dit à la remise des clés.

Old and dated. Road noise particularly in front bedroom as windows not a tight fit. Garage too far away.
