Overall, we had a great stay. Hosts were very accommodating, and the house was newly renovated/ clean. Proximity to the beach was really nice!

This home is spacious and recently renovated on a lovely road that parallels Lake Erie. The main living area (kitchen, dining room and living room) is open and beautifully decorated. The lake is visible through thr trees from the front porch. The neighborhood beach is easily accessible by crossing the street and walking down some stairs..The bedrooms are also spacious. The master bathroom is huge with an amazing shower. Ashlee was very responsive and friendly when we had a problem. She immediately came over and rectified the issue.We enjoyed our beach access and the local establishments in Angola and Sunset Bay. In addition, we branched off to visit Ellicottville, Letchworth State Park, Chautauqua Lake and Niagara -on-the-Lake, Ontario. All these locations are easily day trips.

The house had everything in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room you need. There is a pool table/ ping pong table too. We felt right at home there.

This place is exactly what I was looking for and more. It was warm, cozy and accommodated all our needs. The kids room was great for our little guy stocked with toys, books and games. The pictures reflect the property perfectly! The pool and ping pong table is the cherry on top, providing late night entertainment after our son went to sleep. The couch and living room area was very comfy. Even has a little fire place area outside that we used one night. For this price there is no other place that matches this! Definitely will be back here.
