Welcome to our newly renovated cottage at 20 Park in Chautauqua Institution!

-Hall of Philosophy a block away 

-House faces a peaceful wooded area with walking path & ravine -Off-street parking for 3 cars (street parking ok off-season) 

-1st floor: 2 BR (1 king, 1 queen), living room with queen sleeper, full bath, half bath, kitchen & laundry 

-2nd floor studio: king bed, kitchenette, full bath & laundry

It was a very clean house with spacious areas including a full apartment upstairs. It was one of the better places we have ever stayed at as far as accommodations go. Highly recommended! Thank you.
