Welcome to this nautical condo in Mayville with unmatched lake views! Enjoy the sunset from your private deck while unwinding from the day. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds, this fantastic property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The cozy living room, complete with a sofa bed, Smart TV, loveseat and recliner offers additional space for guests to relax and unwind. Not to mention the amazing sunsets right from your private deck! You'll find all the necessary amenities like a washing machine & dryer, WiFi, AC, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the heated pool (just 450 ft away!) from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, fishing off the dock, exploring the numerous wineries or breweries in the area, visit the Chautauqua Institution, Jamestown's National Comedy Museum, golfing & mini golf, boat & jet ski rentals at the local marina or take a ride on the historic Chautauqua Belle.
We provide towels and a washer/dryer in the condo. Beds are made and set with mattress covers, sheets, quilt and pillows. Kitchen is stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy!
Unfortunately, per HOA rules, guest pets are not allowed.
The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the staircase is a normal staircase with a landing and sturdy railing. Some units in our building have a metal spiral staircase but we do not! There is a half bath on the first floor and the two full bathrooms are upstairs. The entrance to the condo does not have any stairs.
Peak Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day): Minimum 6 night rental
Off Season: Minimum 2 night rental
Guest Access:
Heated pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a lakefront play area. Parking is available for two cars. Overnight docking is not available for rentals at this time. Boats can be launched from public launches and we recommend calling Chautauqua Marina (7 min away directly across from the condo) for overnight docking and trailer storage while you're there! There is a daily dock to tie off to but not overnight docking is allowed.

Wonderful 2nd stay in 3 mos. Awesome location and wonderful communication with the owner. Couldn’t wait to get back to this condo. Love having 2 story condo to separate living room area from sleeping area. Appreciated all the pots/pans, utensils, seasonings and bowls for cooking ‘at home’. Amazing views in a setting that feels like home. One of our favorite locations and now have a new favorite owner that is awesome to work with. Loved seeing the Fall leaves across the lake. Memories to last a lifetime …

Beautiful property that had everything one would need for a great vacation. Household items are plentiful as are things to do. The pool was a dailey excursion but everyday was a new adventure. Fishing, amusement park, mini golf, state park, Chatauqua Institution and of course, farmer stands and great ice cream!

If I were to have a place here, it would be decorated exactly like this!
Loved the nautical theme throughout. Metal cleats as hangers helped maintain this theme throughout.
Loved the retro solar lanterns on the deck that framed the awesome lake view.
Appreciated the full sized staircase that allowed better access to the upstairs for my 85yo mother.
Master bedroom is breathtaking! After 7 yrs of travel here- best master bedroom we’ve seen.
Appreciated the condiments, ziplock bags, containers and range of dishes available that made it feel like home.
Appreciated the central air that gave great comfort on the hot summer days and nights.
Can’t detail all the aspects of this condo that make it so special because they are so numerous.
Great communication with the owner throughout the entire reservation experience! Very timely and thorough in her responses.
The location itself is always wonderful but appreciate it so much more when the accommodations are as comfortable as those we found here.
Already planning on coming back!
