About this house rental
The upstairs bedroom is private with full bath and open patio. Has a queen size pillow top bed. Beautiful sunset view from the private rooftop patio and bedroom. I am very flexible with scheduling but please give me 30 day notice before cancelling. Single bedroom available or arrangements are available for complete home. Street parking is never a problem. Look for street cleaning signs. Walking distance to many locations. If walking is too far, Uber, Lyft, or Taxi is easily available.

We spent 8 weeks in this charming 2bd/2ba home while we were having work done on our home. It is clean, comfy, walking distance to EVERYTHING and so charming. Gayle (the landlord) is responsive, caring, and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay.

The property was amazing. The location to the village, and all the restaurants and stores are in walking distance. Gayle was an amazing hostess. Looking forward to going back again.
And the beds were extremely comfortable

Terrific location with good neighbors, too. Walkable to absolutely everything. Bicycling galore. Hiking trails accessible from the neighborhood. Food, groceries, parks, surfing, snorkeling - endless possibilities at this coastal village gem. Quiet evenings and nights make for restful regrouping with cool ocean air to lull you to sleep.

My family stayed in this adorable place for a month. Gayle is wonderful to work with. The location is great. We had a fabulous time and would rent again!
