Welcome to the Triangle Ranch
Tucked in the foothills of the quaint historic mining town of Grass Valley, CA this funky and spacious chalet invites you to experience the great outdoors with family, friends and pets. Enjoy the hot tub, basketball court, treehouse, kids rooms, bbq, fire-pit, outdoor theater, and more. One hour from Tahoe and close to town, you’re never short of things to explore.
The Triangle Ranch sits on 3.25 private acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bonus floor living room, loft, and private kids playroom. Outside, there is a basketball court and kids Treehouse as well as a deck and patio with a large picnic table for hosting outdoor meals.
There are 4 queen bedrooms and a kid’s bunk room giving plenty of room for families with kids to enjoy each other while all having their own space.
The kitchen is well appointed and includes a bonus coffee bar with an Espresso machine, coffee pot, and Keurig.
The home is situated 10 minutes from downtown Grass Valley which is famous for its rich mining history, historic sites, wine tasting, fine dining and shopping. It is only 5 minutes drive from the county Fairgrounds which hosts frequent concerts and events. Just an hour from Tahoe, you can enjoy a day of skiing or swimming and retreat to the cabin after your adventures.
Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. The house also has basic equipment for children including a pack-n-play, toys, sippy cups, etc.
We are happy to share our space with people who want to use it as a retreat to enjoy quality time with friends and family, but please note this is not a party rental.

Triangle Ranch was the perfect getaway. The property was perfect for our family. Lots of rooms and sleeping choices for 3 kids (10,12,14). The inside is so well put together, decorated and fun curations of art, books and layout.
Even though it was hot we enjoyed the games and sports outside. Loved a late evening bbq on the deck.
Easy location to markets and food. Surrounding lakes in the area were beautiful and fun. Went up to Bullard Bay and got away from the crowds.
Highly recommended.

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed. Great for our bigger group and loved all the activities like basketball and even pickleball! Gorgeous location among the trees and not too far from stores and gas. Would definitely recommend.

We were a group of twelve women coming together for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the property very much. From soaking in the hot tub to playing pickleball in the from yard! The kitchen was spacious and the table was able to seat us all! Joy was really kind and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We would highly recommend this property and also think it's good to know... the kitchen was very lightly stocked. Be sure to bring what you need including salt and olive oil, serving dishes, a tea kettle, etc. I would also suggest bringing additional towels and blankets if you have a large group like we did. There was just wasn't quite enough for the cold nights or the trips to the hot tub plus showering etc. All in and all a five-star getaway!

This location sets off the beaten path and is a great place to have peace and quiet. The location is as shown in the listing. Joy was great with communication and the house was clean and orderly upon arrival. I would recommend staying at this location!!
