Nestled in the foothills on a nearly 5 acre lot, this spacious home provides comfort, entertainment and a taste of country living, all while being close to shopping, recreation and everything else Oroville has to offer. Located just minutes from Lake Oroville and Gold Country Casino, this 4 bedroom 4 bath retreat offers a pool, game room, large soaking tub, and plenty of outdoor space. Bring your boat, there’s plenty of parking! Please note that we charge an additional fee for guests over 10 at $25 per day, per guest.

We enjoyed our monthly stay! Very comfortable & spacious with ample parking. Owners were quick to repair oven & replace refrigerator. Access to pool was very refreshing with hot weather. The owner was very kind to provide an outlet to charge our electric vehicle which was very helpful since charging stations were not available close by.

The house was perfect. All my family/friends that were in town to celebrate my son’s graduation from lineman college were able to stay in one place comfortably. The game room kept the teens occupied. It had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. It felt very warm and welcoming. Due to the storm we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful outside, but the view from the living room was nice. Thank you!

Host was easy to deal with and despite interesting issues with fires, remained open to communication and resolutions. Highly recommend this property.
