About this house rental
Colonial country home that can sleep up to 15 people in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Existing vacation rental under new management (previous listing had 70 five-star reviews). Includes laundry facilities, outdoor barbecue, outdoor entertainment area with plenty of seating, large dining room, small theater room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi, board games, horseshoes, cornhole and other outdoor games.
The space
The atmosphere of The Hopetoun House is light and bright, from the décor to the landscaping. We have a beautiful water feature feeding a giant water wheel, surrounded by a fish pond and a grapevine wrapped walkthrough pergola. Enjoy this atmosphere from the large deck, gazebo, or lower lawns. You can also view the English garden from the front porch in a rocking chair.

Guests can access : the whole House —Deck — lawns — upper seating area—2 level front porches— back porch and game area.

It is a gated entry. The code will be given before arrival.
One of the best aspects of the community is how peaceful and serene the neighborhood is. The Hopetoun House is ideal for a relaxing getaway and an enjoyable vacation. And in an effort to maintain our local peaceful atmosphere we do not allow loud music on the property.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful, large colonial style home as well as many spectacular, breathtaking gardens.

Beautiful, well decorated, spacious home for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen was big with lots of room. the dining area either inside or outside was comfortable and could be dressed up or made casual. The bedrooms were many. We liked the extra twin pull - out beds for our guest. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer are state-of-the-art. We had a good time in this wonderfully quiet rural setting. Our family and friends enjoyed both the inside and outside. The grounds had unique accent points and a really cool koi pond with fountain and wagon wheel that brought the outside together. The groundkeeper was very kind and helpful. The owners were responsive. As they continue to improve the grounds and add new touches, we look forward to staying again.
