Le joli village de Pitelli La décoration de la maison 3 vraies chambres avec 3 salle de bains La terrasse et sa vue sur le golfe des poètes Le calme et la sérénité qui se dégage du lieu La proximité avec les Cinq terres La communication et la réactivité de Mara: une très belle rencontre !
Clarifier l'adresse à l'arrivée car nous sommes d'abord aller à la Spezia Pour le reste tout était parfait 😍

Le logement de Mara est décoré avec goûts , possédant trois chambres, chacune disposant de sa salle d’eau. Une belle vue sur le Golf des Poètes et un endroit très calme dans une ruelle typiquement italienne.
L’appartement est un peu loin de tout, il faut impérativement un véhicule ( mais facilité pour se garer ).

שיטת התמחור. באתר מפורסם מחיר (אצלנו היה קצת מעל 500 אירו) ומיד לאחר האישור מקבלים עדכון שהמחיר הוא בתוספת של 25 אירו "שירות ניקיון" לכל אורח, ואז מע"מ. בנוסף מס עירייה. ואז כבונוס - לחמם את הדירה עולה לנו עוד כסף. זו לא שיטה רצינית וזה גובל בהטעיה. סה"כ שילמנו הרבה מעל 800 אירו שזה כמעט 60% יותר מהמחיר שנקוב באתר. זה ממש לא רציני.
