Good location and decent neighbourhood. 7 mnts walk from the metro station. The Carrefour supermarket is close by.
1)Very small rooms.
2)Though they offer daily cleaning, the table tops were not cleaned well.
3)No window in our room. Just a skylight :(

The hotel was located conveniently for my needs, less than 1 km to the closest metro and 2 km to Part Dieu train station. Grocery stores and coffee shops/bakeries close by, got everything I needed in the morning.
The shower stopped working properly after two days which I only noticed when I came back before midnight & only had a change to ask to fix it the next afternoon when I came back from morning affairs. As they were unable to fix the shower, I was quickly arranged another room, thank you for that. The whole staff was lovely the whole time and mostly understood my broken French.
Both rooms I stayed at were on the street side and there was some noise btw 6h30 and 7h30 in the morning but otherwise nice and quiet.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, with well-kept rooms. Our room had a bathtub, and the breakfast was very good. There are a few restaurants nearby, but the area is not very central for walking around.
Breakfast only had boiled eggs, it would be nice to have scrambled eggs as well. The hotel parking costs 17 euros per day and is tight for large cars, but street parking is free on weekends. The location is not ideal unless you have a car.

The room was very comfortable and appeared to have been newly refurbished. The location was excellent with a number of restaurants and small lively cafe / bars within a short walk. The tram stop was also nearby.
My only complaint was the fruit at breakfast. Day one it was not fresh and there were a couple of bananas that were past their best. The fruit was not refreshed for the next two days so by day three it was getting really old and dry. I mentioned this to the receptionist and so was hoping for some fresh fruit on day 4. Was amazed to see they had put out 5 rotten bananas on top of the existing several days old shrivelling fruit!
