Great location, access to Tramlines and excellent breakfast.
The air conditioning was below par- got very warm at night. The thick blankets didn’t make matters any better.

Great breakfast and the parking close by was handy
I was really disappointed upon arrival to discover that the fitness room was unavailable. I specifically chose a hotel with fitness facility. Nothing on Booking.com indicated that the gym would be temporarily out of service. Overall, more transparency about the fitness closure would have made a big difference.
