Hotel in good location close to Perrache hub for Trains , Trams & Metro with easy access to and from Airport.
Staff were all excellent and very friendly.
Room was a good size , with bathroom & toilet separate.
Breakfast room is spacious, with the normal range if options typical of a European hotel. Staff replenished regularly.
Although toilet was seperate from bathroom , which is useful in a shared room , the actual room toilet was located in was very tight for space. This would be very problematic for larger people.

Staf was very helpful, decent size room, decent breakfast.
Having to walk to another building for breakfast/anything, toilet separate from the shower, lack of TV channels, no gym, no slippers or vanity sets in the room.

The check-in process was smooth.
For a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of essential facilities. There was no iron in the room, and no basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or socks were provided. The room did not have a smart TV, fridge, or even a landline phone to contact reception. Additionally, the hairdryer kept stopping every minute, making it difficult to use.
