- The staff were very nice and friendly
- The spa and gym was a lovely addition to the stay, just a nice jacuzzi and sauna room. The gym was great for doing a quick workout and stretch before the day started.
- The breakfast was quite varied, a good healthy balance and the bread, so amazing.
- The room decor is lovely, nice amber lighting, and the bathroom has a hot powerful spacious shower with a lovely marble design. The bed well big enough for 2, and the TV was very big and high quality which you could chrome cast to.
- The staff changed the beds and gave fresh towels everyday of our stay which was attentive!
- The location is perfect, the bike station is right outside the hotel so you can take an E-Bike to explore the city. And the metro stop is just outside the hotel aswell, if you don’t fancy cycling.
- I would have preferred the bed sheets to be more soft, I have sensitive skin so I would notice these things more. They’re not a normal soft cotton, but the type of material that seems boiled washed so it feels abit harsh almost.
- Don’t love having to pay a €135 deposit on arrival. I know we get it back but still, not great to do before you start a trip.

Reasonable location, close-ish to the city central. A main station really close by.
The lift stopped working and we were on the 4th floor. Luckily, we don't have any mobility issues, otherwise we wouldn't been able to get to out room. Our key also stopped working, so we had to go down the stairs and up again without a working lift to get the issue resolved.

Location is perfect and the clerks are friendly.
There was a female employee opened the room with room key when I was still in the room. It’s quite offensive and unfriendly experience.
