優美的住宿環境，幽靜的園林。
入住時三間房只準備了一間，與長輩同行，但房間安排很遠，後來有協助換房。第三間房等了超過1個半小時尚未整理好，待整理好後，房型與所定的房型不一致，後來協助換房，換成親子房，但等候時間過久。此外退房查房也很久，查房時說孩子住的房的有償茶葉被拿走了、詢問住房的孩子說沒拿，入住時就沒有看到有這個有償茶葉，雖然飯店最後沒有收取費用，但仍覺得這樣給住客不太舒服的感受。
