The hotel is modern and peaceful and the design is beautiful. It’s perfect for a relaxing stay. The large private bath on the patio was a real treat.
We particularly liked having Mr Eli look after us.
The bathroom could use a few more hooks, there is only one. It was difficult navigating the lack of storage and somewhere to hang up the towels and keep the basic toiletries. Other than that the room was very comfortable.

地点非常好，在景区最佳看夕阳位置，离西湖和林隐寺只有几分钟车程，新开的酒店，设计特别赞，现代禅意，东方美学，景观有山有水，房间设施完善，有30多平方的户外泡池和茶台，可以看夕阳喝茶，SPA也超五星水准，青时养生餐厅食物精美，好看好吃，还有很多免费参加的疗愈活动，西溪行禅很有特色，可以一览中国最美湿地的美景，晚上还可以参加帮助深睡眠的铜锣音乐会，一对一私人管家服务特别细心，秒回，这是我在杭州住过最有特色的酒店
酒店外部道路导视还需做的细心些，走路回来不太找的回来路

Het is een bijzonder mooi apart hotel
Het personeel is rommelig en onduidelijk wie wat doet Ontbijt Lobby etc is in zelfde locatie en er spreekt maar 1 persoon Engels. Wanneer deze niet aanwezig is dan wordt het lastig
