Your feet will make short work of the 1-minute walk to Promenade des Anglais or the 14-minute walk to Florida Beach. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Nice by hopping on a metro at either Fabron Tram Station or Sainte-Hélène Tram Station, both just 5 minutes away by foot.

Beautiful view from fifth floor. (There's a very quaint elevator so no problem with stairs.) Host was helpful and accessible. The apartment is lovely, clean and well-appointed. I would be delighted to stay there again

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Right in front of the water. There was an elevator and the AC worked amazingly. If you are heading to Nice a definite must stay! I can’t wait to go back.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful sea view 😊 Was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming and had all the information needed for Tv & WiFi etc. Would highly recommend to friends & family for future visits to beautiful Nice & surrounding areas.
