About this apartment rental
Light and sunny with a sea view and only 60m to the beach, Californie is a superbly renovated 3-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a classic Niçois building. It is located halfway between the airport and the centre of town so perfect for a beach or city break. The sparkling waters of the Mediterranean will surely lure you away from your morning croissant to wander along the Promenade des Anglais and soak in the Côte d’Azur.

The traditional, wrought iron balcony fits a table and chairs to enjoy the sea view over a leisurely breakfast, lunch or the iconic aperitif! Sunrise or sunset the azure waters will keep you enthralled.
Bedrooms
There are three double bedrooms (all mattresses are 140cm x 190cm), one beside the living room with a small window at the top and two at the back of the apartment. The main one has two windows, a built-in mirrored wardrobe, drawer space and bedside reading lamps. The other bedroom also has storage and there is reversible AC and double-glazing throughout.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and double basin with large mirror plus ample space for toiletries.
Living and Dining area
With three large French windows the open plan living space is designed to optimise light in the south-facing corner. Light wood flooring and worktops, and a splash of blue bring this room to life with a corner for relaxing on the L-shaped sofa, access to the balcony, and a round glass dining table. There is a TV with English news channels and wifi to stay connected.
Kitchen
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen area while still allowing the chef to enjoy the sea view! The kitchen area includes an electric oven and four hobs, microwave and filter coffee machine with a washing machine and dish washer for convenience. An iron and clothes horse are also provided.

The apartment is everything the advertisement says. The location is perfect - a short tram ride to the airport, the city and the stadium. Bakery, small grocery store, beach (stones), restaurants and tram stop are very close.
The apartment is very tidy and had everything we needed. You do hear the outside sounds and the walls are thin, but it's an old building. Which we thought was very charming.
The only thing I'd mention is the curtains. There are none in the living room/bathroom, and the ones in the bed room dont keep out the light. There are shutters in front of the windows, but some are broken or wont close during our stay. Also, they still let the light through, even if they're closed. This was a small thing, but the one thing I would better if I could.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage dieses Objektes ist perfekt, das Meer, der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bäcker, Supermarkt nur über die Straße, die Straßenbahn vor der Haustüre. Wir konnten die ganze Woche das Auto stehen lassen und sind alles mit der Straßenbahn gefahren. Total erholsam.
