Beautiful stay at an amazing property. Exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Serge & Marcelle were wonderful hosts, very responsive and always happy to help to ensure our stay was amazing. Pool area is beautiful with great views and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is located a little way from most amenities on a hill, so a car is recommended but it's easy if you have one.

Unbelievably perfect property. Best views in nice. The rental was immaculate. The unit is incredible, everything a family could need and more. Kitchen was excellent, terraces were breathtaking. Our kids loved the pool. Bedrooms were large, well-laid out, air conditioned. This was the perfect property.The hosts are amazingly friendly and welcoming.

This is an excellent rental location, with an outstanding view of Nice and its bay. The apartment is spotless (you could eat off any surface in this flat), it is superbly equipped, from the dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, planche bbq, plenty of cutlery and crockery. The air-conditioning is also very efficient. The black-out shutters also ensure a very good night’s sleep. The flat is spacious - we were 4 adults and 2 young children and wanted for nothing. The pool is well protected when not in use if you have young children. We had sole use and loved every minute of it. Marcelle and Serge are always nearby if you need anything, but don’t interfere. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this to friends and family, and I would happily come back. The bus service is frequent and reliable, though I did walk into town and back one morning, which is steep, but manageable. The only tiny downside is that there is no bakery within easy walking distance, but that is not the fault of Marcelle and Serge, ignoring this minor thing, the flat couldn’t be better located.
