Magnificent F3 with sea view of 65m2 with air conditioning
Ideally located next to the radisson avenue of California.
Beach and Promenade des Anglais 2 steps
Shops, restaurants and tram (line 2 airport _centre ville) but also blue bike and bus, are at the foot of the building.
The car is not necessary to move in the city, as well as in the surrounding cities (bus and train).
Large bright apartment and renovated, composed:
-a large entrance with large storage
-of an air-conditioned room with large closet, a bed of 160 overlooking balcony sea view
-a bedroom with large closet and a bed of 140 overlooking its loggia overlooking the hill
- an air-conditioned living room with a magnificent sea view equipped with a TV and internet, a sofa bed 160 (real mattress) will bring you an extra bed
-a bathroom with bathtub but also a washing machine, hair dryer
-Wc separated
-a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso) ... iron and ironing board are also available
For your comfort, bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
a cleaning kit will be at your disposal because the household remains at your expense.
We offer you:
a parking space in the basement,
a full cleaning package to book when booking.
- but also the possibility to rent a car 4 places (if allowed and insurance)
The tourist tax (/ day and per adult paid to the municipality)
-40% deposit upon booking and the balance 1 week before arrival
-a security deposit of 500 € in cash will be requested upon arrival and resituate at the end of your stay if no problem.

Warm welcome by the landlady. She was also very helpful when we settled the first days. Great location, short walking distance to the beaches.The apartment was easy accesable from the airport by tram. The apartment itself were well equipped for five peopleWe also had a nice terrace which we used a lot, mainly in the afternoonIt was very hot the first of the two weeks we stayed there. The AC was well appreciatedWhen we left early in the morning on departure day, the landlady met us with a huge smile and sent us off with a very smiling and great attitude. A great stay from beginning to end

We had a great vacation renting this unit. Very convenient and safe area. You are seconds from the Tram, Promenade des Anglais board/beach walk, buses, convenient store, grocery stores, bakeries. With a weekly tram/bus pass for 20€ this location is also within minutes to everything else in Nice. Spacious rental that has everything you need for a vacation stay. We were greeted by Sarah’s mom and a bottle of wine and orange juice. Very nice touch. Well worth the money and we would rent this unit again if ever we are back in Nice. You do hear some noise from the street but it is to be expected almost anywhere close to the main streets in Nice, this did not bother us one bit.
This is a Very Great rental above and beyond other types of similar rental units.

We had a great stay; the host (or rather her mother:) are very welcoming. The apartment was clean. A great plus was that the host provides various beach accessories like towels, bags, chairs, mats and pool noodles!
The location is very close to the beach (you can see the beach and the promenade from the balcony) but there also is a gas station/car wash right in front of the balcony so it can get noisy.
The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is that although the apartment is right by the promenade, it is quite far from the center of Nice. It takes about 45-50 min to walk to the center on the promenade. Lime bikes are available and shorten the time to about 15 min. The area of the apartment is not touristy - no pretty cafes or shops in the vicinity. But there is a convenient market and bakery very close by.
