House of fisherman, typically local style and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. Air conditioned apartment. Sunny and oriented to the South. Renovated in 2012. High grade of contemporary style. Living room open to the Mediterranean sea, with a comfortable sofa-bed, flat screen TV and unlimited WI-FI Internet connection. On an incredible waterfront.
Totally new equipped kitchen. A pretty clear bedroom, on the 2° floor, offers a large bed for 2 people. Wardrobes and cupboards. One bathroom with WC and one shower room and 1 WC independent. Apartment on the 3rd floor without LIFT and duplex.

WARNING: THE RENTAL CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED BY 4 ADULTS MORE THAN 25 YEARS OLD. You will have to send a copy of all people's ID card or passport. All these people will have to be in the apartment for the checking and they will receive the keys. This apartment is for family use only. No minor people accepted without parents. Warning: no keys and immediate cancellation of the booking without notice, even on the day of arrival and no refund of the rent and the security deposit, in case of noncompliance with this clause.

Location and views the apartment offered were excellent. Pierre was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.Note: if you rent a vehicle for your stay, the assigned parking space is very small, so having a bigger vehicle makes it challenging to park in the space.Will definitely stay here again.

A great place for our family to stay to explore Nice and surrounding areas. Right by a tram stop and shops, and afew minutes walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Very friendly host.

This apartment in Nice was absolutely fantastic! There was so much space and having a 2nd bathroom was so nice! You can’t beat the view from the balcony and having the tram right outside the door made getting everywhere super easy!Check in and check out was super easy and Pierre was really great at communicating and very flexible with our travel times. We loved the neighborhood and the fact that we could take the team into the historic section but could also come home to a quiet place. We already miss looking out at the sea and hope to return next year! Thank you Pierre!

We stayed at this beautiful ocean view condo from May 23rd to May 28, 2019. We loved the place. Owners are also very friendly and helpful. The master bedroom in the upstairs has a roof top window and when you open you get lots of sea breeze and you can hear the waves at night. This condo has a full kitchen and a washer. Well appointed for a family. No elevator but the stairs are not steep and it is a great light exercise.
