Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming apartment with sea view, classified **, in 50 meters of the big beach, of a surface of 47.5 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 13 m², a separate and equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels are not included. We are waiting for you!

- Room 2 facing South-East with a view on the Admiralty Park : two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
