About this house rental
Located 300 m from the village of Yvias, this family home, formerly that of the grandparents, has been carefully renovated to combine the charm of the old and comfort. You will appreciate its large fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. The little ones are not forgotten, with a dedicated room just for baby!
You will be seduced by its brightness and spacious spaces. It will offer you a relaxing setting in the countryside.
In the village there is a city park for children as well as a bar-tabac (bread depot, snack bar).
This rental is perfectly located to explore the magnificent landscapes and historical sites of the region: Ile de Bréhat, Sillon du Talbert, Plougrescant, Perros-Guirec, the circuit of the cliffs of Plouha, the castle of La Roche-Jagu, Pontrieux, Tréguier and its cathedral, the GR34.... 7 km away, Paimpol welcomes you with its old port, granite houses and Beauport Abbey, an unbeatable site.
The island of Bréhat, accessible by boat from Paimpol, offers quiet beaches and hiking trails.
Your holiday home is on two levels:
On the ground floor:
• Kitchen/living room open to the living room
• Access by two steps down to a laundry room, a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a shower
On the 1st floor:
• A bedroom equipped with a 140x200 bed
• An additional bedroom of 20 m², fitted out with two pull-out beds of 90x190 and a bed of 140x190.
• A small baby room, nicely decorated and equipped with a wooden bed
• A bathroom equipped with a shower and an outdoor toilet:
• Private gravelled terrace of 50 m² with a garden of 3000 m²
• Parking in the courtyard for 4 vehicles

The accommodation is really great and the hosts are very nice. The garden is huge, it's ideal for families with small and older children. We felt very comfortable.

The house was very spacious and the garden was huge, which our two boys very much enjoyed. Only 15 minutes drive from a beautiful beach. We had a very relaxing stay.

Our stay in gîte "Blanche Hermine" was very relaxing. The house was clean and the garden more then perfect.
For our 3 boys enough space to play footbal and other games outside.
We even saw some deer several times.
Everything was available, and in good shape.
Our contact with the owner, Herve' was very good.
Yvias is a good base for exploring this part of Bretagne.
Very quit, but close to the sparkling Pamploi with the Carrefour within a 7 minutes drive.
Beautiful Abbey, Pontrieux (Venice in France) and Roche Jagu, 45 minutes to côte Granit Rose and several beaches close by.
Don't forget a visit to the island -I'll Brehat.
I would recommend this house to everyone.
