Ideally located between land and sea near the Pink Granite Coast (Plouha beaches 15 minutes by car), the place is the ideal place to relax and discover Brittany.
On a vast wooded park crossed by a small river, the house is an old linen mill recently renovated.
In a bucolic setting in the middle of nature, with no neighborhood, tranquility is guaranteed. You can enjoy the tranquility of the pond for a boat trip or a family fishing trip.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooker and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, crockery, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Living room / dining room with large sofa, armchairs, coffee table, dining table / chairs, wood burning stove, TV ...
Floor: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Electric heating, fire extinguisher, smoke detector.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, deckchairs, boat on pond. Breathtaking view of nature.

Compulsory cleaning: 80 €
