Longère in stones 4 * entirely renovated, in Paimpol, in the immediate vicinity of the trade and the marina, in peace.
All comfort (insulation with ecological materials, aerothermal for underfloor heating ...), functional, modern decoration, enclosed garden not overlooked.
It is close to shops, the marina, the swimming pool, the cinema ...
A bakery is located at 50 m of the lodging, a supermarket and a grocer's shop 100% Breton products with 100 m: BREAD and RACING ON FOOT!
A charging station for electric cars is also nearby.
Do not hesitate to go to the marina on foot, where you will find bars, shops and restaurants very nice but also at the beach following a small trail at the end of the port! A big market is held every Tuesday morning in the center of Paimpol.
Your rental of 100 m2, bright, consists of:
- on the ground floor :
* fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, small appliances, blender, mixer, raclette and fondue ...) with dining area, overlooking the garden, warm and sunny with garden furniture (French window),

* living room with flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs, overlooking the garden (patio door) and dining area for 6 people,
* laundry.
- upstairs :
* landing with relaxation or reading corner,
* bedroom with double bed (160 * 200) and wardrobe,
* room with 2 beds 1 person (80 * 200) can be twinned, chest of drawers and wardrobe,
* bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and wc.

Very clean and well equipped, beautiful house and good location. The owners are very friendly and helpful! We spent two great weeks exploring the north coast of Bretage, great walks and bike rides and fantastic food.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte spacieux très bien décoré rénové avec beaucoup de goûts. L'extérieur est très appréciable. Tous se fait à pied de la location.
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont aussi très réactifs lorsqu'il y a un souci.
Dans notre cas, un orage violent qui a obstrué la douche.

Cette jolie location est très bien située dans Paimpol. A 10mn à pieds du port par un joli sentier. Les commerces sont à proximité et tous ouverts même en cette saison. Le gite est très confortable et un très bon contact avec les propriétaires.
Nous recommandons cette location et les amateurs de randonnées ont du chemin à parcourir pour admirer les belles cotes du bord de mer.

Hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en onze vakantie, rustige woning met alles erop en eraan en toch dicht bij het centrum om een terrasje te doen en alle boodschappen , zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
