It is 5 minutes from Loguivy-de-la-mer, the pier for the island of Bréhat, the Trieux estuary. 15 mins from the cliffs of Plouha and the Talbert furrow. 30 mins from the Pink Granite Coast: Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel.
In a very quiet area, the house can accommodate 6 to 7 people and consists of:
on the ground floor:
-entrance, with large closet
- dining area, for 6 to 8 guests
_ well-equipped kitchen, overlooking the garden
-living room, with flat screen TV, HiFi, WiFI
on the 1st floor:
_1 bedroom bed 160,
_1 bathroom with shower + WC,
-1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds,
- a living room with convertible sofa
2nd floor:
-1 large bedroom with double bed, and, on request, cot (new) for young children
1 bathroom with bathtub and WC
in the basement: laundry room, washing machine, WC
At the rear: enclosed garden, facing south, not overlooked, with lawn, sheltered dining area, BBQ and plancha
At the front: private courtyard, with space for two cars
We can leave 2 adult bikes on request
SNCF and bus station in Paimpol, airport in Lannion (30 kms)

A beautiful house in a great location and JP was the prefect host. Plenty to do in Paimpol and loads of beaches to explore just a short drive away.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison bien équipée. Il y a aussi un jardin arboré dans lequel on peut s’installer confortablement. Tout y est très propre.

Tout était parfait,jolie maison spacieuse et très bien agencée,très joli jardin clos très bien fleuri"charmant",plancha et barbecue de quoi passer de belles soirées à l'extérieur,hygiène impeccable, propriétaire très accueillant,nous recommandons vivement cette location +++

Une maison au calme avec un jardin très agréable située à quelques minutes de marche du port. Les environs sont magnifiques et invitent à la marche.
Mme et M Duchesne sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils sur les lieux incontournables.
