Bellaria, located on a hill covered by olive trees, enjoys a striking view of the poignant views of the Valdichiana: characteristic terraces of olive trees and woods still wild.
The farmhouse has been recently renovated to offer guests a pleasant home full of comfort and well-being, without forgetting respect for nature.
It is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the countryside, but also for those who have cultural and tourist needs. Lucignano, just 2 km away, is a beautiful medieval village with a characteristic and unique oval plant, in its concentric streets every corner is worth a visit and a photo.

On the ground floor a large room including the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster, a spacious porch adjacent to the kitchen where it is possible to eat outdoors, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people, a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, a service bathroom. On the first floor a double bedroom with bathroom with whirlpool tub, a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with small bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption; the use of air conditioning is not included in the price to be paid on the spot.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
