Carefully renovated "Podere La Massa" consists of a detached house and 8 apartments. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and it enjoys a wonderful view over the Chianti hills. It is a very quiet position, ideal for nature lovers to enjoy walks or bicycle runs in the surroundings area. Each apartment has its private outdoor area fenced by hedges. A few kilometres away there are the Castello di Brolio (18 km), Meleto (14 km), Vertine (12 km) and Badia a Coltibuono and Spaltenna. Volley ball court and mini-football pitch. Children playground. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter,
alles verlief problemlos und unbürokratisch.
Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend.
Wir (2 52jährige und 11 erlebnishungrige 20-25jährige) haben eine wunderbare Woche inmitten von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen verbracht.
es gab einen riesigen Pool, viel Platz zum Volleyball und Spielen!
Was nicht funktionierte, was das Internet!.
Von daher sollte man vorher gut recherchieren, was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt!

Forholdsvis mange lejemål men nogenlunde ugeneret. Bil er en forudsætning og der er langt til indkøb, men gode lokale råvarer kan bestilles. Dejlig pool område. Elendige knive - hvis man godt kan lide at lave mad selv.

Wohnung für Gruppen an sich geeignet, da aber die Räumlichkeiten sehr hellhörig sind gab es Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Ein Badezimmer verschmutzt ,wurde aber nach Hinweis sofort gereinigt. Gutes Entgegenkommen des Vermieters Wohnung konnte früher bezogen werden. Straße zum Haus stellte sich als Schotterweg heraus. Befahrbarkeit bei sehr schlechtem Wetter ist eventuell fraglich

Location conforme aux attentes (localisation, villa, piscine, calme, panorama...) Dommage que le départ s'effectue sous une pression abusive des propriétaires et de ses équipes pour nous voir quitter les lieux et ce bien avant l'horaire convenu la veille.
