Not far from Lucignano is this splendid villa. Lucignano is a charming medieval village surrounded by its original walls, not far from Siena (45 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (25 km), Montepulciano (25 km), Pienza (30 km), Montalcino (35 km).
This holiday villa is situated among olive trees and on a hill from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. The villa has been renovated and equipped with eco-friendly materials and technologies, such as solar panels. Solar energy powers the heating and air-conditioning systems and meets the entire electricity needs of the house. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (9x5, open from May to September) and a barbecue area.
The villa is distributed on two floors and is suitable for a maximum of 12-14 persons. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster). The kitchen leads to a beautiful veranda, where you can sit outside, relax and dine. One double bedroom with bathroom/shower suitable for the disabled, one twin bedroom with bathroom/shower, WC.
First floor: one double bedroom with jacuzzi, 2 twin bedrooms each with bath/shower, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
