The property boasts a high historical value as in the past it was the summer residence of the Italian physicist Enrico Fermi (Nobel Prize 1938).
Surrounded by a park with centuries-old trees and splendid views of the surrounding countryside, the villa has a private garden with hand-made solid wood tables and a barbecue, ideal for tasty grills with friends.
Among the outdoor spaces there is also a private swimming pool (6 x 4 m), equipped with parasols and deck chairs.
At guests' disposal also a private parking area.
Internal Description
The property, elegantly furnished, is spread over 2 floors and can sleep up to 12+2 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (with shower). Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed at an extra cost.
We inform our guests that not far from the villa is a working farm with some animals, managed by the owners, who are oil and wine producers. On request it is possible to visit the cellar and taste the wine they produce.
Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find: 3 living rooms with sofas, TV and fireplace, and a large kitchen (equipped with dining table, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and microwave).
Two double bedrooms complete the floor: one with a four-poster bed and bathroom with shower; one with a balcony and bathroom with shower.
First floor: A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, consisting of 4 double bedrooms divided as follows: - a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double sofa bed; - a large double bedroom (where the physicist Enrico Fermi stayed); - two smaller double bedrooms. These last 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a fan.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: 1 linen change for bookings longer than 7 nights; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€); utilities (water, gas, electricity): 35.00€ per day; pets allowed (50.00€ per week for each animal); extra cleaning; extra linen change; baby cot and high chair (15.00€ per day for both). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 600.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Disappointed. Let me start with a compliment to Rudy who tried to help us. But he couldn’t speak any English so that was a big barrier.
Because the internet/WiFi didn’t work. That was a huge problem for us. I had guests arriving at multiple time into the airport and train station and no way for them to communicate with me.
Although Silvia met me she seemed to be in a hurry and left early without explaining everything.
The last day the dog pooped on the carpet as I awaited Silvia to return and settle the 500 euro deposit. She never showed. Big problem. I’m still waiting for the return of a portion of my deposit.
The views were fantastic but when there is no or poor communication, I cannot recommend this company to others.
