Close to the medieval Potentino castle, in the very south of the Siena province and 65 km away from the sea. Country house "Poggio Velluto", 2 storeys, renovated. 25 km from the centre of Montalcino, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: property, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, seasonal availability: 26.May. - 29.Sep.) with internal staircase. Barbecue. super Lage, traumhafter Garten, sehr ruhig. Tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Engagierter Gastgeber, sehr bemüht den Wünschen der Gäste gerecht zu werden.Schaut regelmäßig vorbei, Unterhaltung nur in italienischer Sprache. grosses, sehr geräumiges Haus, für große Gruppen ideal. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Klimatyczny, wspaniały dom z ogromnym potencjałem wymagający jednak trochę uporządkowania. Liczne dekoracje - stare, wątpliwe, I niepotrzebne zakłócają klimat pięknego toskanskiego domu. Gospodarz wspaniały - bardzo miły, pomocny, komunikatywny. Otoczenie domu gwarantujące całkowitą prywatność, no i ten basen ( wymagający co prawda sporego zachodu gospodarza)... the best!! a widoki z niego są bezcenne. Dziękujemy XXX :)
