About this villa rental
For those who love nature and the Tuscany countryside, our country villa “L’Oliveta” is the ideal holiday destination in Italy. The villa is located on the Aretine Chianti hills, in a lovely countryside area at the foot of Pratomagno mountain and along to the historic Romanic road called “Sette Ponti”.
This is an old farmhouse originally built in 1806 and carefully restructured with particular attention at the maintenance of its exquisite rustic features: wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, original wooden windows, antique wood-burning bread oven.
Externally, “L’Oliveta” Country Villa is completely surrounded by hectares of typical terraced olive groves and offers complete well-being and leisure to our guests by playing in the pool, reading in the garden, relaxing in the jacuzzi or enjoying the wonderful view over the Arno Valley and the Siena’s Chianti hills from our panoramic terrace with barbecue.

Main entrance with a large dining room and a big fireplace;
kitchen with 4 ring stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven.
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower;
Externally you have access to the garden with barbecue and a big terrace overlooking the valley.

We had an amazing stay at Matteo’s villa in Loro Ciufenna. It is at the top of a hill and has an amazing view overlooking the valley. You must have a car to get from the house to nearby towns and attractions. The road to the house is one lane but pretty easy to drive and we had no issues navigating in the region with GPS.
Communication and check in/ out was very easy. We took a cooking class at the house that was well worth the money. The villa could easily sleep a large group and was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We wish we could have spent even more time there. It was great to get to meet Matteo and learn more about life in Tuscany at the end of our stay! We’re so glad we spent time here.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated 200 year old former farmhouse. The pictures given fully reflect the property as it is. It is well situated to visit nearby cities such as Siena, Firenze, Monteriggione, Radda in Chianti, etc...even the nearby outlet Mall in Leccio for those interested:-) Sufficient utensils in the house. The owners were very friendly and took there time to explain some points of interest to us...would like to formulate a special thanks to the owner and his wife ( local doctors office) for helping our son out...we didn't even have to wait...we appreciate it very very much! We will definitely tell friends and family about this place.

"The apartment was absolutely perfect, we had a really nice time there. It has a very good equipment, we didn''t missed anything. It has a wonderful view of the valley. The contact to the owners was absolutely uncomplicated and trustful. We would choose that apartment every time.
