Blue Apartment in Villa facing the sea
The ground-floor flat in a villa is located 3 minutes from the beach in a quiet area, heavily planted with pine trees. The villa is situated within a small private residential park, a large garden with adjoining private parking, free WI-FI and air conditioning.
The ground floor, about 60 sqm, consists of the following rooms: a living room with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed for two persons, a dining corner with a white table and six blue chairs; a very large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (with the possibility of adding another single bed); a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, coffee machine (moka). Finally a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine. Outside there is its own corner of the garden with a sun umbrella, a table and chairs for eating outside and a sitting area for relaxing.
The beach is about 20 steps away with the possibility of a free beach, or various bathing establishments with restaurants and supermarkets. Morning awakening with a pleasant smell of freshly baked bread from the adjacent bakery 10 metres away
The town centre is 600 metres away. 15 minutes from Formia, 20 minutes from Gaeta-Sperlonga, 35 minutes A1 motorway exit Cassino and Montecassino Abbey, 85 Km. Rome-Fiumicino, 60 Km. Naples, also conveniently reachable by train.
Nearby monuments of great interest (Roman Theatre - Bourbon Bridge, etc.).
