About this apartment rental
The accommodation is located on the top floor of a recently renovated building near Via Santo Janni, the main road of the Formian suburbs that leads to the seafront of Gianola.
The entrance leads directly onto the large terrace, partly covered by a wooden porch that allows guests to make the most of the outdoor space.
The house inside has a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower and washing machine) and two bedrooms (double bedroom + bedroom with 2 single beds).
In the kitchen there is everything you need for preparing meals: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher. In the living room there is a comfortable recliner, a 32 "TV with satellite decoder and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
Feature is the presence of the fireplace, a plus for cold winter days.
The entire accommodation enjoys excellent lighting during the day, especially the two bedrooms that have direct access to the terrace.
All rooms are air conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to a selection of books and board games.
The accommodation has a reserved parking space in a private area with automatic gate. Possibility of parking even for motorcyclists.

Simone’s place was absolutely beautiful and so conveniently located! There is a grocery store right below which has anything you might need for meals or snacks during your stay. There are several options for dining within walking distance as well. I highly recommend trying the pastries at Bar Pavone across the street and the pizza at Pizzeria Pucci e Manella which is located down the street on the corner of the main roads. Absolutely delicious and such friendly people! The patio offers a nice place to rest in the evenings and enjoy a little limoncello or a glass of wine to unwind from your day. We were greeted with a bottle of wine that was absolutely amazing and perfect for our tastebuds, not to mention some fresh local fruits were left for us during our stay. Anything you may need is right there in the apartment from glasses, percolators, all kinds of dishes, stove and microwave, washing machine and a drying line setup. We have family that lives not too far and definitely will be staying here again and recommending to anyone who goes to visit! Thank you for the great hospitality Simone!

A covered outdoor eating area, a separate open air space about one hundred yards from the sea. Coffee bar, groceries and restaurants within a few blocks.
The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us an overview of the community. The experience was perfect.

What a wonderful stay we had at this Formia Apartment. Everything was clean and spacious, with a wonderful outside living area! The host along with family were kind and caring, offering help whenever needed. Beach, café, grocery and pizzeria all within a block! I had work, and the Wi-Fi was seamless as promised. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Die Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, war sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse war groß und schön mit Meerblick (Meer ca. 300 m entfernt).
Es gibt einen Parkplatz mit elektrischen Tor.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich und wohnen im 1.Stock .
Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme aber das Wlan ist okay.
Im EG befindet sich ein Conad City, sehr praktisch zum einkaufen.
Ansonsten sind die Städtchen Formia und Gaeta sehr schön.
