Independent apartment, 85 m². Kitchen opening onto a private terrace of around 20 m² with views of the region. On hot summer days, you can lounge by the salt swimming pool at the foot of the olive trees.
Access for travelers:
You can access an outdoor play area for children (slide, swings, etc ...). Two parking spaces are provided for accommodation. On hot summer days, you can lounge by the salt swimming pool at the foot of the olive trees.

Halfway between Rome (50 min) and Naples (40 min), 30 km from the first seaside resorts including Sperlonga, classified as the most beautiful town in Italy, near the historic site of Monte Cassino and typical villages such as Arpino, you will juggle between cultural visits, gastronomic visits and idleness.

Our stay was simply amazing! The house and the property are maintained impeccably. Carmine and Francoise are wonderful people who were there for anything we needed, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The views from the house and anywhere on the property are breathtaking. My family enjoyed every minute of our vacation, and I just can't say enough about how perfect this home was. Thank you Carmine and Francoise for making my father's trip back to his hometown magical.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung samt der schönen gepflegten Anlage mit Pool bot den idealen Erholungsort nach Ausflügen nach Rom, Neapel oder Pompeji. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, gaben zusätzliche Ausflugstipps oder Empfehlungen und waren immer zur Stelle bei Fragen.
