Nice apartment, had a comfortable bed, clean and well presented. Good location for the city. Everything we needed was supplied. All very nice and would return. Good value as sofa bed available so would accommodate four easily. Small amount of tea and coffee left as a starter, lots of shops nearby if you need more. Excellent communication from host.
Would like a mattress protector on bed, bathroom had a bit of a pungent smell of drains. Lifts and building were a bit grubby but once in flat all was good. Dirty plate left in microwave but that is a small thing,.

Good location in Norwich central. Apartment is easy to find, directions were provided well in advance.
The building itself is poorly maintained, incredibly dirty and looks borderline derelict upon arrival. The hallways smell weird, and the elevators need a proper clean. The apartment is fine, but all the furniture/ equipment provided is poor quality. You don't actually want to sit on anything for fear that it will break underneath you.

Nice host - sorted everything out. Location is unbeatable - as central as it gets, and with a ton of great cafe's / restaurants / etc within 3 mins walking distance. Heating system in winter time - the house got really warm 2-3 minutes after we turned it on. Parking under the building - means no snow on top of our car.
Lifts in the building - not sure who's responsible for the state of those.. Cold bathroom floor (during a winter stay). Dishwasher not really usable - previous guests must have assumed that it would just wash the cups and utensils (like most dishwashers do?), but it left stains and bits of food on them.

The location is excellent and the host made sure I had the pillows I asked for
It’s needs maintenance especially the white paintwork and shower. The bedroom would benefit from a good dust and the windows from a wash - these detail give the place a tacky appearance
