This beautifully remodeled condo is situated in an incredible location just above the beach and tidepools and has its own private deck (as well a separate, large shared deck). With views from the Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Bay and Morro Rock, this is the perfect, relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surfers catch some waves. Everything in the unit is brand new - from the floors and appliances to the furnishings and linens. This unit also offers an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and its own stackable washer and dryer, which can be rare in these condos. This unit is also on the ground floor and requires no stairs! Additional larger laundry facilities are available in the coin-operated laundry room onsite. SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY. Parking for one vehicle only onsite; additional parking is on the street only.

room could have been cleaner. there was no dishwashing soap, minimal supplies, dirty windows and no trash bags. the room also has mice running around. none of this lessened the stay, just suggest a bit of tlc

Spectacular view of Cayucos Pier, Morro Rock, and beyond. Inside patio breakfast nook the perfect way to start the day. Kitchen has an ocean view. Bathroom and kitchen appear to have been recently updated and nicely done! Can't wait to return. Not for someone looking for peace and quiet......waves crashing outside nonstop!!!!

The location was beautiful but for the price we paid to stay there, I expected more. I frequently use VRBO and always very impressed, but this was the first time I was unfortunately disappointed. When I went to check in, the keys were not where they said they would be. I went into the office and heard someone on the phone around the corner. I went in, the person continued their personal conversation and didn't address my presence until 3-5 minutes later. She was very friendly, but I felt she could of greeted me sooner. We arrived at the unit, first impression, very nice. Once we made it the bedroom, I went to unpack and had really no where to put my clothes. The closet was full of pillows, towels, blankets and had mismatched hangers with very limited space for my clothes. There was just a tiny dresser, which I thought was a jewelry holder at first. The towels were mismatched and the only soap provided for us to use in the shower was a used body wash container. The kitchen only had stained, mismatched dishes and pans. I had to wash the items before I used them because I thought that they were dirty, but they were just stained. The inside of the drawers were dirty too. We had an ant problem on the second day. We ended up throwing away some of our food due to the ants getting into our packages. We also tried to bbq, opened the bbq and found that is was extremely dirty and didn't even work. The patio had webs all over it and even had some trash in the corners. I never give a negative review, but for paying over $500 a night which included the $195 cleaning fee, taxes and insurance that I had to purchase to rent this VRBO I was not fully satisfied at all. I was actually disappointed. I was even asked on the check-off list to check out to start my own laundry after I stripped my own bed! The purpose of this trip was to heal from a very trying couple of months after losing my mom who lived behind me and to celebrate my 50th which validated the amount my husband and I spent on the trip, but now I regret it. I am so sorry, just still heartbroken and now out a lot of money for something I was expecting to be better. Good luck with your rental. My suggestion would to make sure it is cleaner and try to provide better amenities that validate the price you are asking. I can't say that I will be back. Natercia Widmer
