BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a holiday farm located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in unspoilt countryside and stands on a hill about 300 metres above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Mount Amiata, Mount Cetona and the Mount Rufeno Nature Reserve.
The flat has its own outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Shared swimming pool (13x8 m) equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the outdoor garden and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
The Azzara flat is self-contained and is part of a large farmhouse with 5 flats in total. Azzara is on two floors and is in a more autonomous position than the other flats as it is at the back of the farmhouse. It can accommodate 6 people and is 150 sq.m. Ground floor: access to the living room with sofa and satellite TV, with table and chairs for dining, fully equipped kitchen, hallway leading to the bathroom with shower (toilet, sink and bidet),.First floor: the internal wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can become a double bed if required, bathroom with bathtub Independent heating with LPG gas.
