BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a holiday farm located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in unspoilt countryside and is located on a hill about 300 metres above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve.
The flat has its own outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Shared swimming pool (13x8 m) equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the garden outside the flat and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
The Cetona flat is self-contained and is part of a large farmhouse with 5 flats in total. It is on the first floor - it can accommodate 6 persons and is 150 sqm. You enter the living room with fireplace, sofa and satellite TV and table and chairs for dining, and you enter the kitchen (oven, gas with four burners), then the corridor leads to the bathroom with shower (toilet, sink and bidet), a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can become a double bed if required, a double bedroom - this room has a private bathroom with bath and shower (toilet, bidet and sink). Independent LPG gas heating.
The location of Bellavista Country House, straddling the three regions of Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria, is ideal for visiting unique art cities rich in history and culture, spas, good food and traditions.
