Großes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Untere Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern und obere Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern sind getrennt mit gemeinsamem Außenbereich, der sehr großzügig ist. Der beheizte Pool war sehr angenehm, da im Oktober die Nachttemperaturen schon kühler werden.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Absolutely everything was perfect. We had such a wonderful trip and stay at this beautiful villa. We were 2 families (4 adults and 2 children under 3y).
The villa was split over two levels (with separate entrances) which worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms were spotless, comfortable and had all the necessities provided. They were also kind enough to provide high chairs, travel cot, bed guards and mattress protectors for the children.
The villa was the perfect size (but we didn’t use 2 of the rooms). It was immaculate and had everything you’d need. We spent the majority of our stay outside, we opted to have the pool heated which was perfect for the kids and we happily got in any time of the day with no issue of the water being too cold. There is ample outdoor seating, sun beds and bbq (which they provided the charcoal for). The pool table is a nice addition and we loved that it was outside.
The location was great, there was a Lidl less than 5 minutes away which we got all groceries from. There is a nice beach, beach bars and a few beach shops within 5 min walk. We had hire cars so did travel out from Analipsi to visit other towns, which we would recommend.
The hosts were amazing, always quick to reply, visited the villa twice to check the pool and left us some lovely treats, as well as some treats on arrival. Thank you Teo & Maria for a wonderful stay. I wish I took more photos of the beautiful villa, but we spent most our time by the pool!

The villa had all the luxuries we needed for a group holiday. Between the swimming pool, pool table, the wonderful barbeque and the great outdoor social area we had an amazing time there.
It was also walking distance to the beaches, and Maria the host was incredibly helpful when we had questions or needed assistance
