The owners are very kind and lovely. It was so nice to be greeted by them because they made us feel so welcome! Everything was so clean and the view was beautiful upon entering the building. I was there with my boyfriend (now fiance!) and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway location. The owners also gave us little gifts during our stay, like a delicious pastry on our second morning and a welcome drink in our room when we arrived. They also let us stay an hour extra during check out, which they absolutely didn't have to do, but they were just so kind.

Everything was amazing, we felt welcomed and right at home! It was a wonderful stay at Minoica Beach Apartments! The location was right at the beach. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The little details, like the comfortable beds fresh fruit daily and clear check-in instructions, made our trip stress-free and relaxing. The owners of the property are very kind and generous people. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others! Thank you so much for everything!

The property is right on the beach. There is beautiful vegetation all around the property. I guess the question is: what are one's expectations? On Crete, we've seen better-quality properties at the same price range. The rooms are very clean. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.
The property needs additional investment. The rooms look old and dated. The bathroom curtain looked like it badly needed replacement. It was hard to take a shower without touching it. The towels were very old. Same for bathroom fixtures. The outdoor shower was rusted. While there are plenty of different kitchen appliances, they also look very old. The beds need replacement as well. Depending on the room, there could be a bunch of stairs that one needs to traverse, which can be challenging for older folks with heavy luggage. The area around the place is not very attractive. There are a bunch of empty lots or some properties that look like they were under construction for a long while.
