We booked two superior suites for three nights. This is a bed and breakfast accommodation so there is no reception. The guest receives a text with instructions on how to check in. It was nice that our rooms were cleaned daily.
Two adults stayed in one room and one adult plus two teens stayed in the other. We felt that the superior suite is best suited for two people. It’s a bit small for 3 people but it basically met our needs for 3 nights.
The rooms have a two-burner induction stove, coffee maker, percolator, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and one small knife. There is also a small sink. The knife was the size of a paring knife and was very dull and so it would have been nice to have had a little better knife to cut with. A small microwave would have been good to have too. There were coffee pods, instant coffee packets and some sugar.
We liked it that it is only no more than 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the port by car. It’s also very close to the town. The best part is that it’s very clean and has free parking.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, more than enough room if youre travelling with luggage. 15min walk away from the old town centre, but not a hard walk. Also, parking is very good!

Good location near port and bus station, has all amenities including a sink and stovetop.
I loved that there was a digital link/map of all nearby restaurant and things to do, it was really great

We loved our stay at Artree Suites, the place is at a walking distance of about 10-15 mins from Port( ferry stop) - walking with big bags!
The apartments are very clean and comfortable. We arrived very early as we came by Ferry from Athens. Really thankful to the staff to allow a early check-in- 7:30 AM. The place is about 1 km from town centre. There is bus stop about 2-3 mins walk away. In all we had a lovely stay in Heraklion @ Artree 😊
