Very good location, a quiet street in close vicinity of the town center. Wonderful and friendly host, promptly reacting to any requests and asking ahead about relevant issues. The terrace was a big bonus -- ask for the top level apartment if you want it.
Nothing to complain really. This property is described as a small and cozy studio, and so it is. If you need a working desk (like I did), be prepared to use one of the two small tables you can find on the terrace and in the anteroom.
