The rooms are like you were in a private boat so quiet the staff is amazing best service than many 5 stars hotels in Zurich Marriott and Park Hayat should learn from them they upgraded me to a room with a lake view and it was so quiet the bed and mattress and pillows are high quality this is what we expect from a hotel is once we get in we are feel in peace and we don’t hear what is happening outside in the corridor

Staff were excellent - helpful and charming

Very good quality cooking in the main dinner restaurant
No one explained the room to us on arrival and although there was a valet service and you advertised this hotel with parking no one mentioned it is charged for at €45 per day- until we went to leave!

The rooms were nice and comfortable
overall old hotel, staff was not very welcoming especially because we got sick and they didn’t bother at all
