This is one of our favorite hotels and stayed here last year. The staff is amazing. They go beyond any expectations to help you. One of our wheels came off our luggage and they did everything to fix it.
The rooms we booked were spacious, clean and very comfortable. After traveling internationally, a good nap in a comfy bed is just what we wanted.
The location of the hotel is across the street from the train station and the staff at the hotel will meet you to help you with luggage. The major shopping street is at the corner of the hotel and the beautiful lake and hotel is just down the street.

There was building work in the morning in room above it sounded like . And the water was switched of in the night by builders and it was running brown in the morning so not great for the shower and brushing teeth. Caused I think from water being turned off. It was a shame the lady on the morning reception would not allow us an extra hour in the room . 1 o'clock . We have stayed with you 4 years on the trot and have been looked after impeccably on all other occasions.
The rest of the staff have been wonderful.

Near the train station.
Far overpriced for what it is. The room service food is bad, with burned rostis and more mushrooms then veal in the meal, very small room, noisy cleaning staff early in the morning in the corridor.
